Smoking: We have a "no smoking" policy
Alcohol: Please speak with the owner beforehand
Pets: We are currently unable to accommodate pets
Check in/out: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later - Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
AC & Heating: Central heat and air conditioning throughout the house controlled from one location. Wall heaters in the bathrooms, and ceiling fans in bedrooms for your individual comfort.
Electronic Entertainment:
- Free wireless internet for your notebook computer. We do not have a computer for customer use at this time.
- Free cable telecision in each room.
Ambience: Casual, small town rural, historic house in Mayberry setting. Family friendly, wholesome atmosphere feels, "just like staying at Grandma's house."
Security:
- The outside doors to the house will be locked at night when all the guests are accounted for. Bedrooms and bathrooms have privacy locks.
- All the rooms have working smoke detectors.
Handicap Access: This lodging is currently not accessible by wheel chairs or scooters.
